NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS AND CUSTOMERS PURSUANT TO DL 196/2003

ATA Srl wishes to inform you that, in order to establish and execute the contractual relationships we currently have with you, we are in possession of name, address and tax-related information about you that has been gathered directly or indirectly, even verbally, and which qualifies as personal data as defined by the Privacy Law.

With reference to such data, we wish to inform you that:

- the data is being processed in relation to contractual needs and our consequent fulfilment of our legal and contractual obligations deriving from them. The data will be used for administrative, accounting and tax purposes and for contract management, the preparation of statistics, marketing, advertising and promotional purposes, quality control, extending credit, handling lawsuits, collecting receivables, internal audits and for research. The data will be processed in written form and/or on paper, magnetic or electronic media and using remote computer communications;

- providing the data is obligatory for everything required by our legal and contractual obligations and, therefore, any refusal to provide it, in whole or in part or after processing, will make it impossible for the undersigned to continue the contractual relationship itself;

- on the other hand, a failure to provide data that is not required for legal or contractual purposes will be assessed from time to time by the undersigned and will result in a decision regarding the importance of the requested data with respect to the management of the commercial relationship;

- without affecting communication and publication performed during the execution of legal and contractual obligations; for the sole purposes of protecting the receivable and the best management of rights relative to the single commercial relationship, the data may be communicated, in Italy and abroad, to: our network of agents, factoring companies, credit institutions, credit collection agencies, credit insurance companies and databases for commercial information, professionals and consultants and service companies;

- the data will be processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationships established and even afterwards for the fulfilment of all legal obligations as well as for future commercial purposes;

- relative to the data itself, your firm/company may exercise the rights provided by article 7 of DL 196/2003 (a copy of which is attached) within the limits, and under the conditions, required by articles 8, 9 and 10 of the cited legislative decree; the owner of your data for processing purposes is ATA Srl, registered office at Viale del Progresso, 20 – 35026 CONSELVE (PD)
