THE ISO 9000 STANDARD: CERTIFICATION HISTORY
We were among the first Italian companies in our field to obtain this important certification, well before the others who followed years later.
It was a complex procedure that involved all company employees and all departments: our work method was discussed, demonstrating our flexibility and capacity to adapt.
Over time, we have always adapted to new standards: this has enabled us to verify our work method year after year, always updating the company to meet avant-garde standards.
For many years our focus has been on the quality which sets the rules for company life and the satisfaction of customers and end users of the products manufactured and sold: “our” concept of quality.
THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Since 1995 we have certified our Quality Management System to ISO 9001 requirements.
This means our work and manufacturing methods are carefully documented: the company and its documentation is audited each year by a qualified, external auditor called the Certification Authority, whose task is to renew or withdraw the certificate approving the Quality Management System implemented by the company.
The application of a Quality Management System ensures higher customer satisfaction, a more efficient and effective company, prompt solutions to problems and non-conformities, dedicated staff and continually enhanced performance: in other words, company growth.
