PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Stainless steel frame. Athermic thermoset plastic knobs.
Heating achieved through heating elements placed on the plate bottom.
Thick compound steel cooking surface with rounded edges. Two separated cooking areas, each having its temperature regulation controls. Smooth plate.
Provided with a thermostat, which enables the temperature to be regulated between 110°C and 350°C. Manually-reactivating safety thermostat.
Rounded edges for easy cleaning.
Moulded stainless steel work surface sloping towards the fat drain that is connected to a large dip tray under the cooking surface. Equipped with a fat drain drawer.
Height-adjustable stainless steel legs.
