RISTORANTE CUARTO FRIO
Cuarto Frìo is the latest creation by Michelin Starred Colombian Chef Koldo Miranda. In this gastrobar located in Bogotà, dishes are essential and are based on few “tabù” ingredients, like chef calls them: simple products, sometimes forgotten, that represent their place of origin. Cuarto Frìo surprises for the nice dishes, but also for its location: it is a unique restaurant, because it is “designed from the chef perspective”. The kitchen is open, so customers can enjoy the chef creations from a privileged position, with only a counter between them and the chef.
In the middle of the kitchen, ATA salamander embellish dishes by finishing them with a crispy grill. Thanks to its infrared heaters, it is very appreciated for its incredible speed.
Gilde Opleidingen is a professional school with branches in 7 Cities in Holland and more than 10.000 students. Among a pull of 120 different classes, HO.RE.CA. and Hospitality Class is one of the most prestigious.
ATA Serie 700 cooking line is supporting the students in Venlo branch, in the new kitchen co-designed by master chef Mathieu Vanhautem. André Duijghuisen, who was looking for a modern kitchen, characterized by a cutting-edge technology and elegant design, proudly says:” I do expect that students will be working in the new environment with extra pleasure and passion. That undoubtedly influences the atmosphere in the cocktail bar and restaurant. It is very important, because in our restaurant there is a screen on which guests can follow the students' actions. "
GALLERIA 24 RESTAURANT
An interesting combination between design and tradition, Galleria 24 is the new face of Dolo's (Venice) riparian restaurants. Located in the heart of the historical "Isola Bassa", this restaurant is reminiscent of a traditional tavern in its appearance that evokes colours, flavours and essences through a common thread, combining the excellent cuisine of Chef Thomas Mattiello with an exceptional charming atmosphere.
The ATA 700 Series cooking line plays a central role in this kitchen, emerging in the foreground. In fact, it is possible to watch the Chef and his staff at work, behind a glass wall. Passers-by can curiously gaze and have the opportunity to learn more about this craft, breaking down traditional barriers and letting themselves become involved in a unique and stimulating experience.

Corrado Fasolato, already awarded 2 Michelin stars and 3 forks on the Gambero Rosso guide, is the chef who created Spinechile Resort, a charming restaurant nestled in the woods of the picturesque province of Schio (Vicenza). Here, you can taste a creative journey where the territory and the typical products of the Venetian gastronomy are combined with spices, perfumes and colours of oriental and far away cuisines.
Every day, a pass-through ATA cooking line accompanies Corrado in his creative paths.
